What is an Authorized Training Provider (ATP)?

An OSH Affiliated Authorized Training Provider, or ATP, is an independent company or organization authorized to provide OSH Affiliated training directly to students in a classroom setting. OSH Affiliated ATPs help meet the needs of students seeking a more traditional classroom-based training experience.

How do ATP courses differ from online courses?

Courses taught by an ATP are classroom-based. This allows students to have a more direct interaction with the instructor compared to an online course. Moreover, ATPs can offer hands-on training for select courses, which may not be attainable through online training. Lastly, ATPs possess the capability to design customized courses tailored to meet the specific needs of their clients.

OSH Affiliated  ATPs are authorized to provide awareness-level training. OSH Affiliated does not certify that students trained by ATPs are qualified or competent to perform OSH responsibilities.

What is the cost of ATP training?

Each ATP sets its own training fees based on the specific program or course being taught. Factors influencing the pricing may include the duration of training, involvement of hands-on activities, necessary training materials, travel expenses, and the number of students. To obtain current pricing information, kindly reach out to your local ATP or visit their website.
